Our mission is to inspire and empower young people to recognise their leadership potential. We aim to foster their growth and equip them with the leadership skills necessary to make positive changes in their communities and beyond.

We envision leaders who are empathetic, dynamic, and uphold integrity while leading by example. Instilling these essential leadership skills in children from a young age can have a profoundly positive impact.
Not all children will be leaders or want to be leaders, however all children can learn from the Future Leader Award. The traits we have researched and identified such as integrity or learning through failure, will stand any individual in good stead.

There are two ways children can participate in the Future Leader Award:
- A school can deliver the award as part of the curriculum. Each teacher will have access to the lesson slides, planning and resources. Included is also a celebration assembly presentation and an extra post award lesson where the children will make individual future leadership goals. We can (location permitting) come to your school and deliver an exciting Future Leader Award launch assembly.
- It can be delivered by our team as an after school club. British teachers will come to your school and deliver the sessions. We would be pleased to visit your school during an assembly to celebrate and give out the award which consists of a certificate and Future Leader stickers.
